Who is this group for?

Young adults who struggle with intense emotions that effects their relationships and ability to achieve their goals.

  • Learn mindfulness skills to cultivate ongoing happiness

already been through two rounds of the dbt skills?

  • We now offer a Grad group which is perfect way to continue to solidify your skills.

  • This group will help you set goals for yourself, and provides accountability in a supportive environment.

  • You will deepen your mindfulness practice and we will continue to review all of the DBT skills throughout these sessions as needed.

First-Time to DBT

Who: People ages 18 to 30

Day: Tuesdays, 6:30pm to 7:45pm, on-going
